Waiting Fee will be applied if passenger fail to present in pick up point or extend designated driver waiting time in pick up point with or without intention after 30 minutes upon driver arrive pick up point.
Waiting Fee: RM 50 for First 30 minutes, RM 50 for every subsequent 30 minutes.
Extra Drop Off Charge: RM 20 / drop off (within 5 km from the last destination, extra fee may be applied if extra drop off is more than 5 km from last destination) .
Cancellation charge will be applied if passenger cancel advance booking within one hour before pick up time or passenger cancel booking when driver is on the way to the pick up point.
Cancellation charge: RM 35.
